2 August 2012

Breakfast:eggs cooked in the omelet maker and a pork chop.
Snack:ttttt
Lunch:piece of sirloin steak
Snack:a medium Dairy Queen ice creamme cone dipped in chocolate and later, some dark chocolate at home
Dinner:First, a little pizza and later, a peanut butter  and grape jelloy sandwich
Snack:gin-n-tonic
Exercise: I ushered for about 2½ hour, which meant I was on my feet the entire time and walking under 2 mph.
