- several pieces of chicken
- mashed potatoes with brown gravy and cottage cheese
- two types of desert
- "Diet Pepsi"
Snack; some dark chocolate
Snack 2: I was feeeling very hungry, sore back so I had some Oreos. This didn't help much so I took some painkillers and everything got better; I guess I overdid it on the treadmill this morning...
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf and iced water
Pre-bed snack: romman noodles and a LandShark
