Breakfast:cherios and coffee
Snack:little Oreostt
Lunch:can of Healthy choice chicken and noddle soup
Snack:I was still hungry so I had three chicken legs from Dillions, some of the fancy "baked" potatoes, and later, some chervbert and chocolate syhrup.
Dinner:Healthy Choice chicken and cold water
Snack:gin-n-tonic

Blood sugar: AM 95, PM 132
