Lunch: grits with a can of creamme of chicken soup on it and a can of PEPSI ONE.
Snack: some orange sherbert with chocolate topping
Dinner: ham and roast beef sandwich, a small amont of cole slaw, cold water, orange sherbert with chocolate sauce
