Breakfast: we went to "Inn Pancake House" and from the buffet I had:
- pork SOS on hash browns
- several link sausages (very well cooked...)
- about two tablespoons of what was probably powdered egg "scrambled eggs"...
- coffee and
- iced water
Lunch; From McDonald's, where I had:
- a ¼ pounder (I remember them being a lot thicker years ago...)
- fries
- a medium "Diet Coke"
- I split the last of the left over Olive Garden chocolate layer cake from this past Tuesday
Dinner: We went to Dillions today with the intent of buying me some boneless, skinned chicken that I would cook and take to work. Instead, we discovered they had a fresh fish section so I bought some salmon. For dinner, I had:
- boiled broccoli florets
- boiled rice
- baked salmon mixed with the broccoli and rice
- and iced water
I only used part of the salmon so I guess I'll have to do something like make baked potatoe or boiled potatoe tomorrow.
