_____Breakfast: homemade SOS on sour dough bread and coffee
________Lunch:  at Casey's Cowtown for
  • pulled pork with bar-b-que sauce
  • two little pieces of over cooked corn on the cob
  • roll and butter
  • iced water and a glass of "Diet Pepsi"
_______Dinner:  home made tuna noodle and cheese casserol and a bottle of Landshark beer and for desert, a chunk of Kathie's birthday cake

Pre-Bed Snack:


Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill
