Breakfast:Cheerios without milk, I had forgotten that I'd taken the milk home from work on Wednesday. Oh, well, they went well with coffee...
Snack:Little Oreos
Lunch:boiled pork chop and the rest of the mashed potatoes and margarine and some cold water
Snack:some dark chocolate and orange sherbet for desert
Dinner:roasted chicken and cold water
Snack:a gin-n-tonic
