Breakfast: something unusual for me:
  • a three egg "omelet" made in a plastic "omelet" cooker,
  •  two slices of whole wheat toast with grape jelly
  • and coffee
Lunch: at the 3I show:
  • a buffalo burger
  • a kind of potatoe chips
  • can of Diet Pepsi
  • a pastry made with vanilla creamme, whipped creamme and strawberries
Snack: chunk of dark chocolate (I need to buy more...)O
 
Snack 2: some little Oreos...
 
Dinner: A Healthy Choice TOP CHEF Chicken Linguini with Red Pepper Alfredo and iced water...
