Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
 
Lunch: a foot long meatball sandwich at Jerrod's Place, bag of chips and a medium "Diet Coke"
 
Dinner: Marie Callender's Country Fried Pork Chop & Gravy, a piece or two of dark chocolate and iced water
