Breakfast: cherior and coffee
 
Snack: peanut butter and grape jelly on sour dough and coffee
 
Lunch: ham sandwich and part of a fresh tomatoe from our garden (which really tasted good!)
 
Snack: while watching the latest Batman movie, popcorn and "Diet Pepsi"
 
Dinner: A "French Dip" sandwich from Arbys with potatoe chips at home and a bottle of MDG
