Breakfast: cherios and coffee
Lunch: at King's Buffet for white rice, chicken and beef dishes and ice creamme for desert
Snack: coffee and a chunk of dark chocolate
Dinner:  Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and iced water (and another chunk of dark chocolate)
Exercise: walked on treadmill for 33 minutes
