Breakfast:From McDonalds wherre I had:
  • scrambled eggs
  • sausage patty
  • bisquit with grape jelly
  • coffee
Snack:dark chocolate
Lunch:From Long John Silvers, where I had:
  • three fish sticks
  • french fries
  • "Diet Pepsi"
 
Snack:potatoe chips
Dinner:I decided to do something else:
  • two ears of corn
  • broccoli soup made
    • a small boiled onion
    • a bunch of broccoli florets
      • I boiled these and put them into the blender
      • I also added some spices
  • Into the blender went some Tillamook extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • Finally, several pieces of boneless, skinned chicken pan fried
  • Snack:a gin and tonic

    Blood sugar:  AM 85  PM 127
    Exercise: 74 minutes of pushing the lawn mower...
