Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
Lunch: homemade beef stew with beef, carrots, corn, potatoes and garlic seasoning, onion seasoning and "Italian Seasoning" plus a Pepsi Zero.
Dinner: Healthy Choice (tentatively) and bottled water
Sadly, since we have our semi-annual physicals tomorrow, I can't have birthday cake (like a piece of cake is really going to make a difference on the A1C? ) Still, once this twice yearly "joy" is done, we can arrange for me to have a nice chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and maybe some vanilla ice creamme. The only question will be do I take most of the cake to work or to Kathie's work place? I'm inclined to take it to my work place...
