Lunch: A homemade donut and beef sandwich and cup of coffee.

Snack: some dark chocolate fudge
...
Dinner: Kathie and I made:
  • Fried salmon
  • Baked potatoe
  • Broccoli florets
  • A biscuit (me anyway)
  • Cold water (I was out of White Zin…)
Desert:  a little bit of dark chocolate fudge
