Breakfast: big bowl of creamme of wheat and coffee

Snack: a small amount of dark chocolate chips

Lunch: noodles and two hot dogs and cold water

Snack: some more dark chocolate chips

Dinner: two enclaletta sheets with refried beans, cheddar cheese, hamburger, shredded lettuce and catsup. I drank some cold water. (This is Kathie's "Mexican".)
