Breakfast: milk toast with two slices of sour dough toast and two cups of coffee

Snack: some left over stew and a couple of spoons of Tapioca.

Lunch: at the DCCC (Dodge City Community College) for
  1. Noodle meal
  2. Baked potatoe chunks
  3. Salad
  4. Ice creamme
  5. Glass of “Diet Pepsi”

Snack: small amount of old dark chocolate chips

Dinner: two hotdogs, two ears of corn, a chopped up potatoe and cold water

Snack: a small amount (a ¼ cup of dark chocolate mixed with a ½ cup of milk and heated in the microwave oven.
