Breakfast: creamme of wheat, slice of sour dough toast and coffee

Lunch: I had:
  • Egg salad (one egg) on sour dough bread
  • Bowl of chicken soup
  • A peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and
  • Coffee

Dinner: Healthy Choice meatball sandwich and cold water.

Snack:  some of a homemade chocolate pudding
