Breakfast: Basically odds and ends or
  • a small bowl of the left over rice pilaf
  • and creamme of wheat and two slices sour dough bread
  • coffee and the last cookie I made an stored in the freezer

Snack: the last chocolate chip cookie and a small cup of coffee (Why not? The VA took blood and urine samples this morning so I guess I can afford to eat a cookie without changing my blood sugar.)

Lunch: At the Dodge City Community College (DCCC) for:
  • salad with cheese, cubed ham and an egg
  • two boneless pork chops
  • rice
  • “dirty” rice
  • Chocolate ice creamme
  • Glass of “Diet Pepsi”

Snack: some dark chocolate chips and a cup of coffee

Dinner: We didn’t want “Healthy Choice” so we went to “The Rat” (KFC) for:
  • Extra crispy breasts (2)
  • Extra crispy wing
  • Two orders of “potatoe wedges” and
  • A “Diet Pepsi”.
I ate the wing, one breast one order of potatoe wedges and most ot the “Diet Pepsi”. I will finish off the rest either tomorrow for breakfast or perhaps dinner.
