Sunday, 16 October 2016.

Breakfast: I had:
  1. Fried bacoon
  2. Two eggs boiled in the bacon fat
  3. Slice of sour dough toast with peanut butter and grape jelly
  4. Coffee

Lunch: fried baloney sandwich and most of my Diet Pepsi
 
Snack: Jiffy Pop popcorn and the leftover of my Diet Pepsi bottle.

Dinner: Steamer Dinner of the beef and veggie and rice variety and a glass of water.
