  Night snack: a small handful of dark chocolate

I was very hungry and ot a small handful of dark chocolate from the kitchen. Then, I kept waking hungry during the night and should have eaten something more.

____Breakfast: *  SOS with slice sour dough bread mixed in


________Lunch: *  an Arby French Dip sandwich and
               *  small bottle of water

_______Dinner:  A fine night for leftovers
               *  left over meatball speghetti
               *  some baked potatoe wedges
               *  LandShark beer

Pre-Bed Snack:  gin-n-tonic

Comments on lunch:

I had a piece of left over pizza and told Kathie “I still have a piece of pizza and you have two.”

She replied “that pizza is too old to eat, I was going to throw it away.

 Now you tell me... “You got sick the night we ate it…

 I did because the hamburger was too greasy. I guess I will have to put it out for the neighborhood dogs to enjoy…

About an hour after going to bed, I awoke gurgling up spit. I finally realized this was the presursor to vomiting and so I went to the harll way bath rooom, stuck myh finger down my throat and vomited seeral times. I felt miuch better aferwards...
