* coffee ________Lunch: left over pizza and a bottle of Diet Pepsi _______Dinner: * homemade meatloaf
* mashed potatoes
* glass of local lager Pre-Bed Snack: left over piece chocolate cake and ice creamme
I know I should not eat a small piece of chocolate cake and vanilla ice creamme because it will jack my A1C a bit. Some nights I just feel like "going off the reservation" and having something decadent.
