_____Breakfast: *  2 leftover steaks
                *  slice sour dough bread with peanut butter
                *  coffee

________Lunch:  *  Burger King double hamburger
                *  medium fries
                *  bottle of Diet Pepsi

_______Dinner:  *  fried salmon
                *  baked potatoe
                *  asparagus
                *  cold water (White Zin would have rocked!)


Pre-Bed Snack:  *  2 gin-n-tonic
                *  small amount tapioca and dark chocolate chips
