____Breakfast: *  2 hard boiled eggs
               *  2 "servings" of grits
               *  coffee

_______Lunch:  Billy Simms
              *  chicken sandwich (best in town!)
              *  a little  chunk of boiled corn on the cob
              *  medium "Diet Coke"

_______Dinner:  Healthy Choice TV dinner
              *  chicken, corn,  mashed potatoes, apple cobbler
              *  glass of local lager

Pre-Bed Snack: * another glass of that local lager 
               *  small amount dark chocolate chips
