________Lunch:  baloney sandwich and bottle of Diet Pepsi


_______Dinner: *  Boston Market turkey, 
               *  mashed potatoes,
               *  slice of bread,
               *  and gravy.
                glass of gin-n-tonic


Pre-Bed Snack:  chocolate chips melted on small piece bread
AM 109 PM 163

I kept waking up feeling hungry. I refused to get a snack because I wanted to see how low the night sugar could go.  I did not expect something as high as 109. I should have gotten that snack...
