                *  two fried hamburger patties
                *  nice home made french fries
                *  salad
                *  apple cobbler and
                *  vanilla ice creamme
                *  glass of "Diet Pepsi"


_______Dinner:  *  CAFÉ STEAMERS® Chicken Margherita with Balsamic
                *  cold water


Pre-Bed Snack:  *  gin-n-tonic
                *  beef jerky
