Breakfast: Oatmeal with 2% milk, splenda and some brown sugar, the other half of last night's baggett, a can of D.P. and a cup of coffee. (Maybe my "caffine light" won't come on this morning?)
Lunch: Baked boneless skinless chicken, Kathie's rice pilof, "yellow" Kali-flower{sp} and a can of D.P.
Dinner: Pan fried pork chop, a baked potatoe skin and a beer.
