Lunch: McDonald's "southwest club" salad and several "McNuggetts" and a very large glass of "Diet Pepsi"...
Dinner: Healthy Choice Grille White Meat Chicken In Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce over Linguini Pasta and Broccoli Florets and a can of D.P. I also had a couple of handfulls of peanuts.
Pre-bed snack: slice of well cooked bacon, piece of sour dough bread with margarine and small cup of water...
