Breakfast: Spoon sized shredded wheat and two cups of coffee.
Lunch: Salad with carrots, tomatoe, lettuce and some watermelon and a bottle of water.
Snack: Bananna (I was suddenly very tired, hungry and weak. I thought I might have been getting hypoglycemia. Anyway, the bannana did the trick so, as much as it amazes me, I might have had low blood sugar...)
Dinner: Boiled cabbage, a small boiled potatoe, an uncooked apple and water.
Desert: A bannana...
