19 December 2006

Breakfast: Spoon sized shredded wheat with a bannana and a cup or two of coffee.

Lunch: Salad with chopped carrots and "Italian" Dressing.

Dinner: Boiled corn, potatoes and the leftover cabbage from last night. Oh, yes, an 11oz can of chicken and a glass of water.

Pre-bed snack: slice of sour dough bread...
