Breakfast: McDonald's Big Breakfast (a folded over sheet of some yellow substance that is allegedly "eggs", sausage, biscuit with grape jelly, two mediocre pancakes with butter and pseudo-maple syrup) and a cup of coffee.
Snack: Slice of sour dough toast with grape jelly and a can of D.P.
Lunch: A Quisnos "Roast Beef Dip" (French dip actually), chips and a large glass of Diet Pepsi.
Snack: A few pieces of dark chocolate.
Dinner: Healthy Choice Grilled chicken Marinara Chicken Breast & Pasta IN Marinara Sauce / Broccoli Florets and a glass of cold water.
