Lunch: The remainder of the leftover (frozen) stew, a big hunk of sour dough bread with margarin and a couple of cans of D.P.
Dinner: Healthy Choice Grilled White Meat Chicken In Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce over Linguini Pasta and Broccoli Florets with a can of D.P.
I had a handful or two of unsalted peanuts before and after dinner...
Pre-bed time snack: A couple hunks of sour dough bread with butter and a small cup of wine...
