Pre-breakfast snack...I had several creamme puffs that were left over from "an open house" yesterday. Not too bad, taste wise but definitely something I should not have eatten. (But I was very hungry...)

Tween meal snack: Dry popcorn and water...

Breakfast: Healthy Choice& Chicken Breaded Chicken Chicken Breast Strips With Country Gravy / Cherry Dessert With Vanilla Crisp / Vegetable Medley / Mashed Potatoes and a can of D.P.

Lunch: Burger King hamberger, fries and Diet Pepsi/Coke...

Dinner: salad and water.
