21 December 2006

Breakfast: Bran flakes with bannana and 2% milk and a couple of cups of coffee.

Lunch: Salad with shredded carrots and "Italian" dressing and water.

Snack: Several handfulls of unsalted peanuts.

Dinner: Leftovers from last nigth (chicken, boiled cabbage, cooked onion flakes) and an apple and water.
