Breakfast: Aunt Jemami pancakes and sausage with a cup of coffee and maybe (I don't recall) a can of D.P...
Lunch: McDonald's "Club" salad with grilled chicken and a large glass of "Diet Pepsi".
Snack: A couple of pieces of very decadent fudge (made by the boss so of course I have to try some. wink wink)
Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast With Gravy / Apple Cranberry Crisp / Roasted Potatoes and a can of D.P.Gut watch starts tonight: the combination of the Metformin and this meal probably lead to rapid diaherra.
Pre-bed: A cup of sugar-free apple sauce.
