Lunch: (I splurged and had something I used to eat as a teenager and haven't eatten in decades:
- McDonald's Quarter pounder (no cheese)
- McDonald's fries
- McDonald's "Medium" shake
The hamberger and fries were very bland and it was only the katchup that gave tbem any flavour and the "milk shake" could not have had much (if any) "milk" in it. I drank slurped it down and didn't get the "lactose intolorance" upset stomach I get from the volumn of milk that should have been in the "milk shake". It was probably some kind of veggie sludge and good for me!
The "choclate" "milk shake" didn't taste much like choclate any way...
Dinner: Dillions' salad with cheese and too much "baked" chicken stripes and a glass of water. I also had a chunk of sour dough bread with peanut butter on it.
