Breakfast: Three eggs (scrambled), two slices of whole wheat toast (with no sugar grape jelly on one), a can of D.P. and a cup of coffee.
Lunch: Subway samwhich (meatball) and a can of D.P. (at home)
Dinner: Three pancakes, several sausage "disks" (three or so on bread) and two cups of coffee.
Pre-bed snack: A gin and tonic and p-cons.
