Breakfast: Bran flakes, 2% milk, coffee.

Lunch: Stewed beef over rice and a can of D.P. or two...

Dinner: A beef, pork chop, chicken stew with potatoes, corn, tomotoes (no carrots alas) and bisquit "dumplins" and a can of D.P.
