Breakfast: Bran flakes, 2% milk, toast and butter and a can of D.P. and a cup of coffee.


Lunch: Quich {sp} and a couple of cans of D.P. (and I should have had Pepto Bismo!)




4 eggs

2 cups of 2% milk

1 cup Bisquit {sp}

2 cups of sharp Cheddar cheese

1 - 11/2 cups of meat. I think I had a bit more ham than that...

Bake at 350 F for about 50 minutes. I exceeded this by several minutes.


Dinner: Healthy Choice Grilled White Meat Chicken In Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce Over Linguini Pasta / broccoli Florets and a can of D.P.
