Lunch: Quizos: half of a regular beef briskey sub (I literally wasn't hungry enough to eat a full one), bag of chips, large glass of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: At "Montano Mike's": About 2/3s of a 1 pound "KC Strip Steak", the contents of a "fully loaded" baked potatoe, large roll and a glass and then part of a second glass of "Diet Pepsi"...
Post blood sugar testing: A bottle of Mic Lager (not that God Awful "Mic Ultra" or anything with the words "lite" or "light" attached to it...
