Breakfast: Left over roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy and a can of D.P.
Snack: Slice of "French" bread, toasted in the over and a can of D.P.
Lunch: An Arby's French Dip Samwhich with "French" Fries and a glass of "Diet Pepsi".
Pre-dinner snack: About half of a paper coffee cup of homemade ice cream with a little fudge topping (about 1 teaspoon).
Then, finally, something good for me:
Dinner: Healthy Choice Grilled White Meat Chicen In Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo sauce Over Linguini pasta and Broccoli Florets and a can of D.P.
Post Dinner (and at work to boot): A small bag of Fretos and some crackers. I've got the munchies...
