Breakfast: SOS on bisquits (from the Knights of Columbus fund raiser yesterday), a can of D.P. and a cup of coffee.
Lunch: Left over spaghettie, with meat sauce and a can of D.P.
Dinner: Chunk (small) of whole wheat bread, a large Dillions' salad, a can of Campbells' Chicken Noodle Soup and two glasses of water.
