Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee and a can of D.P. Left over steqak, potatoe and roll (about half of the original order).
Lunch: TV dinner of beef, potatoes, carrots and a can of D.P.
Snack: HOmemade chocklate chip cookies and an apple thingee and coffee.
Dinner: Roast beef and mashyed potatoes and a glass of water.
