Breakfast: Creamme of wheat, three slices of sour dough toast and a can of D.P. (plus a cup of coffee...)
Lunch: Big bowl of chicken noodle soup and a small bowl of tapioka (I had forgotten just how sweet this shit is as I haven't eatten any in well over a year...) and what else?, a can of D.P.
Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast with Gravy, Carrots, Roasted Potatoes and Apple Raisin Crisp and a can of D.P.
Pre-bedtime snack: some rice pilof and a small glass of the white wine I used to like so much...when did it suddently turn so sweet???
