Lunch: "Cantalonie{sp}, potatoe salad, salad and my homemade vinella ice creammeand a can of D.P.
Dinner: Montana Mike's 22 oz steak (I took about half home), "loaded" baked potatoe, small salad with French Dressing, a roll and and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
