Breakfast: creamme of wheat, 2 slices of sour dough toast and coffee
Lunch: a ham sandwich, potatoe chips, cup of coffee and cold water
Snack: piece of dark chocolate...
Dinner: Instead of my Healthy Choice, I had a piece of fried chicken and some mashed potatoes and a smal piece of chocolate cake left over from the office luncheon.
