Breakfast: cherios and a bananna and coffee
 
Lunch: two brats, some chips, cold water and a cup of coffee
 
Snack: a couple of chunks of dark chocolate and a teaspoon or two of that homemade cheese (the rest of which I washed down the disposal) and yet another ½ cup of bad coffee )
 
Snack: a bag of microwave popcorn and a glass of iced water...
 
Dinner: a Healthy Choice "Classic Meat Loaf" dinner and iced water
 
There are only  nights till Holloween
 
It is so nice to not be in a place with (tropical cyclones, typhoons or hurricanes)
