Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
Snack: two chocolate chip cookies
Lunch:  homemade soup (a rouet) with chopped up summer sausage

Snack: open face hamburger broiled in the oven

Dinner: The rest of the homemade potatoe soup with sliced Tillamock Extra Sharp cheddar cheese.
 I forgot to take my pills until about 4 minutes before I had to text my blood. It was not as bad as it coudl have been, I suppose...
