Breakfast: cherios and coffee
 
Snack: a piece of the home made fudge I brought in.
 
Lunch: a sandwich of minute steak between two slices of sour dough bread and cold water
 
Dinner: Healthy Choick chicken and noodle and a peanut butter and honey sandiwch on a single slice of sour dough bread.
 
Thus endith the 16th day of the Government Shutdown. (Thanks a lot House.)
