Breakfast: scrambled eggs with sauteed onion flakes and chunks of summer sausage and coffee
Lunch: at the DCCC for a fancy sandwich, potatoes, cottage cheese, chocolate cake and vanilla ice creamme and a glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: piece of dark chocolate and a coffee cup of a chicken stew a fellow at work asked me to try and a can of Pepsi Zero; it was good...
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf and iced water and then a couple of chocolate chip cookies a bit later.
