Breakfast: left over steak from last night, 2 scrambled eggs and coffee
Lunch: chicken disks, home made French fries (quite good), brownie and glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: piece of dark chocolate and coffee
Dinner: Marie Callender's Swdish Meatball, ice cream with fudge topping, cold water and the wish that I had done better is my main course choice...
